Paid Drupal services

I'm going to be submitting a proposal (in response to an RFP) to develop a site which will allow users to log and track their bike commutes.
The resulting system will be released under an open source license for other cities/organizations to use. For many reasons, I think Drupal is a perfect fit for the project. If things go well, I would hope we would officially contribute the result as a Drupal module.

As a company we have made a strategic decision to use Drupal as our CMS of choice in forthcoming projects.

We would like to start this process with the integration of Drupal into a basic brochure website (with about 10 pages). This would just need to provide simple content management functionality - page content, news items, a contact form. The static website has already been built. Contact me directly for the URL.

We would expect the developer to provide full documentation of the work so that we are in a position to be able to maintain the site ourselves.

Questions:

(1) What experience of Drupal sites do you have? Examples will be required with details, and if possible, costs.
(2) What is your availability? This is just a small project but would you be able to take on a much larger project subsequently?
(3) Can you describe your development process for a large-scale Drupal project?
(4) Can you give a guideline cost for the simple project as described above?

We are a software company (www.knowledgeview.com) which provides an editorial management system for news organisations, primarily in the Middle East. Since many of our clients want public websites, we have developed content-transfer systems to connect our software to Drupal.

However, the clients then want a design for the websites, and we're not in that business. Are there any web-design companies which can work in Drupal in Arabic?

Currently I am looking into Drupal as a solution for my clients. I have a potential client that has requested a proposal for a very comprehensive community style solution. I am new to Drupal, but I am learning as much as possible. What I am looking for is a drupal consultant/developer that can help me in a few areas.

I am in charge of setting up the website for my company, and it must be completely online. I need to have the setup a specific way and honestly I don't think I have the ability to do it myself. My boss is putting alot of preasure on me about this.

What I need specifically is to have a module or modification created to track debtors in an online database. The Case Management module is almost what I need but I haven't the fogiest idea how to mod it yet and learning how will take time that I don't think my boss will allow me.
