Paid Drupal services

I am using leech module on Drupal version 4.7. Now I am using few feeds and it easily displays/promotes it on front page. So far,so Good.

Now I want to categorize the content, like one feed is related to Fashion and other is related to Cooking, so What I want is may be we can use taxonomy/vocabulary to categorize the items of the feeds.

So let's say on my page www.example.com/news I will have 2 links -
* Fashion
* Cooking

This positions is responsible for executing and maintaining Changemakers.net web technology strategy. It requires three to five years of experience creating website pages using mark up languages, and experience with PHP and Drupal.

Responsibilities include: day-to-day management of Changemakers.net; maintaining common content management with Ashoka’s information technologies; producing basic graphics and working with graphic designers; and creating and implementing new ideas for increased user activity and impact.

Qualifications: Experience coordinating Internet Site administration such as web publishing, maintenance, graphic design and digital editing, brand management, online communications, and online community building. Knowledge of Photoshop and other graphics software is required. Candidate will also possess solid communication skills and the technical and creative skills necessary to implement Changemakers’s digital strategies and applications. Candidate must be passionate and informed about social change and the potential of the Internet to dramatically increase the creation of and connections between social change communities via the Internet.

I have a Drupal site that was started. However the developer that was working on it does not have time due to school commitments. I am looking for someone else to finish up the project.
