Looking for someone to create for a functioning DHL Shipcalc addition (dhl.inc) to E-Commerce (5.x-3.x-dev), using the UPS Shipcalc (ups.inc) as a template.

Have been let down by a designer and urgently require a theme either to finish the work he has already done or to create a new theme from specific brief - a pretty straight copy of another - with different colour schemes etc.

If any can do this ASAP can you let me - I'll supply more details and need an approx timescale and cost.

I have been asked to make an offer for a community website in support of a conference in The Netherlands. Now Drupal seems the best solution for me as it has community features at it's heart.

The thing is that I have been building a lot of sites with open source software for clients, but so far Drupal has been a tiny bit too complex for me, as I am not a programmer. I can set up a Drupal site, no problem, but I find it difficult to jump the hurdle for a first site for a client.

Graphic designer looking for Drupal theme wizard to take my PSD files and Drupal-ize them.
