Paid Drupal services

I've just brought a site up on SiteGround.com using Drupal. We need to get this thing moving and really don't have time to wade through all of the docs. I would like to find a Drupal architect for a short term thing. What I need is this:

We need a plan for user roles - we have subscribers, contributors, editor/administrators, and the UID1 account. We're not sure how to set this up.

We need to get front page articles, forums, and a basic book structure rolling right away.

I'm looking for someone to help me improve and launch OurVacationSpace.com This is a site that allows people to upload pictures (and video in the future) and the supporting narrative of their vacation. They will have a permanent URL of their vacation that they can always view and easily share with friends and family. Hopefully this site can grow and develop a sponsorship with travel related companies such as Expedia, Travelocity, etc. The model for this is the successful and profitable Dogster.com

Our site was built using drupal. We're looking to improve a few key areas in a short period of time. Freelancers only.

I am looking for a developer (or developers, or outsourcers) who can help me with some customized module(s) development. We are an entertainment (movies) focused community site built on Drupal and need help creating some simple social networking modules. This could be an ongoing engagement as our needs continue to expand. We need someone who's had experience working with high traffic websites before. We do close to half a million unique visitors a month and are looking to cross a million mark quickly on completion of some of these projects.

We have started a new project. On our previous project we used Xoops. For the new project we will use Drupal.
I would love to do the implementation myself. However, time is my enemy. I am looking for people who could implement the design that is currenly being created by a designer.
