- Strong client management and sales skills
- Work under guidance from sales director in Vancouver, BC and CEO. CEO is shortly moving to India for expansion.
- Co-ordinate Drupal and Ruby on Rails projects of clients with local designers, developers as well as a sizeable offshore team in India. ( Note : Our India team works 24x7 )
- Build partnerships with web development firms, hosting companies to tightly integrate with them and provide them installer profile solutions
- Manage sales cycle and client relationships for Drupal version upgrade projects of high traffic Drupal sites.
- Provide full service Drupal solutions to Clients - from hosted solutions, custom built solutions, hosting, infrastructure management, upgrades, SEO and training
- Work closely with community, non-profits and "Green" projects and build partnerships to help them get the best out of Drupal CMS.
- Provide constructive feedback to Senior Management and Business Development team in Vancouver and India to enhance Company’s brand image.
- Work with CEO to help in expansion in other countries.
- Negligible / No Travel - 100% telecommute position.

In a few days/weeks, I'll be starting a project to convert a client's current site into a Drupal site.

My area of expertise lies in CSS/XHTML/Theming and will need someone to work with me to get the backend up and running how the client would like it to.

Chances are very good I'll need a Drupal developer who is knowledgeable in:

- Taking a standard MySQL database, and importing data into CCK nodes.

- Taking a Wordpress site, extracting all of the comments and blog posts, and importing them into a new Drupal database.

- Frequent PHP-heavy module work

I've got someone helping me theme a site for a client and he's out of his depth and keeps getting stuck. This is his first time theming a Drupal site, so it's not all that surprising. Unfortunately, we have to deliver the site to the client on Friday so I can't spare the time to just let him figure it out.

What I need is a real Drupal theme GURU that would be willing to help my guy on the theme. Answer questions, get him unstuck when needed, etc. In particular, we're theming on a phpTemplate on Drupal 4.7. We're trying to do major theme changes to the forums in particular. Unfortunately I don't have the specific issues he's having yet. We'll need to contact you via email, phone, and AOL or Skype as this is sort of an ASAP project.

I'd rather not just hire someone else to theme it as I want to keep working with this guy, but if that's what it comes down to...

Please let me know your hourly rate (or if you want to quote me a project rate for the week, that'd be fine).

I'm a web developer and have only had the opportunity to use Drupal on one other occasion. I need someone who knows Drupal. 1. Drupal functionality is almost complete.
2. Custom theme is complete.
3. The site is hosted on a Production VPS and ready to launch.

Our developer is going back to a graduate school. He will have very limited time to support or develop the site during and after launch.
