Paid Drupal services

I paid for a custom theme from a design company. It's good, but it's just not perfect. It needs some touching up. Graphics are taken care of, I have a great artist at your disposal.

What I need is my existing theme touched up - certain columns wider and certain columns shorter. I also need a seperate posting section for news on the same page (I don't know if this is difficult or not), and the latest drupal update applied (have 5.1, need 5.2).

I need a quick hack done to the 4.7 version of the vote_up_down module.

Spec of change:
1. Keep independent track of up and down votes.
2. Display both up and down votes wherever I want via theming.
3. Configure field in "advanced" options section to use the original "tally" system, or the new method as spec in 1 & 2.
4. No DB install/update changes.
5. Delivery by 2pm Friday 17th Pacific time zone.

Dear all, I am going to setup a website for students of our public school. It enables them to build up a foreign language dictionary in a wiki-like manner and to learn foreign language vocabulary using a flashcard algorithm that I will provide. This is not a one time project. There the initial design and development of the language training website and ongoing development and maintenance. I posted this project on Guru.com (Project ID 324915). Please log in there to get more information and to post your bids. The budget for the website is tight and may not exceed US$6000. However, I convinced the sponsor to donate an extra US$300 to the Drupal Association in case that - with the help of such a great system like Drupal 5.1 or 5.2 - we can get the site up and running by the end of September ;-)

Tasks
- development of Drupal 5.1 modules that provide functionality for foreign language vocabulary training and for a wiki-like dictionary on a website
- javascript interface and an alternative simple XHTML interface (for use with non capable browsers and mobile phones etc).
- design and implementation of a lightweight XHTML strict web theme for popular browsers. In addition to that the Drupal .mobi theme will be used for mobilephones etc.
- you provide a detailed setup instruction for the custom modules that you implemented

I am having continuing problems with ImageField and FileField not uploading files and/or losing files after I use a CCK content type for a while. I need someone to either provide me solid answers if this a recurring issue or trouble-shoot my drupal site. Urgent.

This post partially explains my issue, although right now it's only about ImageField and FileField. Upgrade from 4.7 to 5.1.
