Paid Drupal services

We are looking for someone to help us set up a complicated set of Rules to help us achieve some functionality on a new site. Below is an overview of what we need. For someone that is very good at using the Rules module I think this is a fairly quick project. We have the testing environment ready to go and we are looking to get this done in the next 48 hours.

Currently the CCk's email field in drupal 6.x is works fine for me. but what I need the email field with the attachment function, means when people send email by using the email field form they should be able to attach the attachment files. What I need is just that simple!!i

I have completed a fully functional site that needs reviewed for stability, security, compatibility, site optimization, DB optimization, and anything else that should be reviewed before I launch it in production mode.

I also have a couple features that I would like to have function in a more efficient manner. I have made the site exactly the way I want it and it functions the way I like, but some things I’ve done may not be the most efficient way of doing it.

Seeking an independent developer to work with us on various Drupal projects. We're looking for someone for a long term relationship that's comfortable with the fact that we don't have steady Drupal work, but when it's there, they are the first person we turn to.

We have a project going now that may require replacement of the developer and we have a couple of potential commerce jobs in the next 1-2 months, so we'd like to get to know the right person now.

Thank you Sagar. The Views UNION as described below was successful as built with the recommendations below. In the end with the real queries, it did not seem to be practical.

The better solution was to rewrite the Content Types so that they could both be manipulated through the same View query.
