Paid Drupal services

I'm creating a restaurant review site and I've purchased this software: http://www.clonescripts.com/script/yelp-clone-script/publisher/
I need the restaurants in the US to each have a page on my site (each restaurant has a page with their address, phone, etc.).
I found a site that has the data for 1.1 million restaurants in the US: http://www.factual.com/products/restaurants

I wish to upgrade my site from Drupal 6 to 7. Will pay $100 for it. Need it done soon. Here is the list of contrib. modules

I would like have good Events handling. For example the OpenAtrium has all features - even more than I want and therefore it is too complicated - event content type asked for group, but a section is needed for it and the content type group is for another use (?)...

Drupal 6.28 + phpbbforum 3.06 on active site.
Need to upgrade phpbbbridge module (current version 6.x-2.0-beta12) and forum engine (3.06)
Maybe upgrading from D6 to D7 (views, cck, panels...)
My attempts to do it myself ends bad))
