Drupal 4.7.x

I am a fan of Drupal and spend a lot of time at drupal.org, following the new topics, modules & themes. However many times the search function is disabled during high traffic or when I am not logged in. I had been using the Google CSE block for myself, however I thought it would be fun to share it with all the community. So I spend a evening creating a page, registered a domain and walla we have the Drupal Search Engine.

I have a Drupal site installed (checked out a copy of the website through subversion) and it looks like I am getting the correct content, but no themes. Pages load with no visible css and no images, and I am able to navigate through the site by typing the url into the address bar, but most of the internal links are not loading either... I am quite new to Drupal, so this may be something really simple and obvious (I hope). I am running the site on Mac OS 10.4 with Apache 2.2, MySQL 5.1.8 and PHP 5...

After performing an upgrade from 5.2 to 5.7 any page that starts with /admin will not load. I don't get any response and the browser just spins forever. No error, no timeout, nothing!
