I've got a 4.7 Drupal installation hosted with a crap web host, no shell access and in postgres 'cos they don't hand out the required mysql permissions.
I'm moving to a half decent host, with mysql and shell access (I use them for another Drupal installation, so I know they are OK)
Lately I've been using ConTEXT to edit my PHP and CSS files. I'm pretty happy with it, but I was wondering if there might be something better. So I'll ask the Drupal folks: What program do you use to edit HTML, CSS, and PHP?
Somehow I lost my admin perms. I can access my SQL DB but I don't know what to change to get back my admin perms. Help?
