It isn't always obvious to my users that they are replying to an established thread, rather than starting a new one. It would be helpful to be able to split certain posts into their own threads, similar to how vBulletin lets you. Is this possible?
More questions .... What is best practice for adding Table type content to a PAGE content type? Say you have a simple table showing peoples names in one column and peoples addresses in the column, so on. This table only appears on one static page. Would you hard code the table into the page using HTML OR CSS Positioning?
If ON THE OTHER HAND You had the same table on a PAGE and wanted to give site users access to update this table and add rows with new data, how best would you achieve this without involving site user html/css coding?
This isn't my first drupal site, thankfully I was able to learn the ropes on something else.
I would like comments on it though, I have just made a few template modifications to Pushbutton. I intend to go over to PHPtemplatate that looks exactly the same so that I can use Flatforum.
I'm using the forum, and finding that my users tend to hit reply on the last message rather than the overall topic. This is causing the replies to be displayed in ever increasingly smaller widths, until barely a word can fit on a single line.
Can anyone tell me how to make it so that replies to forum topics does not reduce the width of the post?
Hey dudes and dudettes,
I have a bunch of questions for you thus the ambious subject. Umm, it's kind of long winded and unfocused - but I'm too tired to rewrite it, sorry
