Drupal 4.7.x

I'm looking for a shopping cart solution. In particular, I need,
1. A solution can sell both product and membership.
2. A solution as a shopping mall that different merchants can put up their own stores. When sales happen, the mall charges a commission.

Does ecommerce or ubercart do what I need?

how can i enable just anyone to create groups? At the moment it is just the administrator that can do it.

I have used Drupal for about 1 year on this particular site.
I have never had a problem until IE7.
In Firefox 1&2, IE6 the site looks fine, but in IE7 the site renders so horribly that it is not functional as a website.

Check it out.
I would pay if someone could fix this problem or if someone could point me in the direction of people who could fix this.
