Drupal 4.5.x or older

I host my drupal site on a winxp pro with iis; my pc died a year ago, then i set up drupal 5 on my new system. I copied over my old website onto the new pc and moved the database into the mysql directory. When trying the site I get this mess (check my site):

How can this be fixed and/or troubleshooted? I remember before the pc died I tried to upgrade the site to the newer version of drupal but that corrupted the database.

i am developing a site using drupal 5...and i have a link called "intranet" and its needs to be visible within the campus ..and from outside the link wll appear on logging in.....how to make the intranet link visible within the campus based on IP..???

I'm new to Drupal and I need to create a web site for a volunteer organization. This organization has many different groups, and each group will have different meetings. I'm looking for a way to display the meeting minutes (notes) in Drupal with security so that only group members will be able to access and comment on the minutes. Is Drupal able to do this? If so which modules would I use.

Hi,
I've just downloaded the Video Module which has an Upload Video application.
However, once I've activated the module and turned on the permission accesses there is now Upload platform for videos or nothing that resembles that.
Please, could someone provide some feedback on how to address this issue.
