Does anyone know of a good how-to for multi-sites on a Drupal 6?

I am using D6, but the problem is when i press the nice little RSS Icon, even that it worked before, i now get a "White Screen", totally blank!
I wonder if its my modules that could some how effect it?
I have the following modules:

Blog 6.0 Enables keeping easily and regularly updated user web pages or blogs.
Blog API 6.0 Allows users to post content using applications that support XML-RPC blog APIs.
Comment 6.0 Allows users to comment on and discuss published content.
Required by: Forum (enabled), Tracker (disabled)
Contact 6.0 Enables the use of both personal and site-wide contact forms.
Content translation 6.0 Allows content to be translated into different languages.
Depends on: Locale (enabled)
Required by: Internationalization (enabled), Mutilingual Blocks (enabled),
Content Types (enabled), Multilingual Menu (enabled), Multilingual Poll
(enabled), Translation Synchronization (enabled), Multilingual taxonomy
(enabled), i18n - views (enabled)

I was wondering if anyone had ever tried to organise the modules section of the site.

I recently took over helping on a site that runs drupal - not sure which version, probably 4.5 or older. Everything on the site seems to work fine for those people who login with an account but for anonymous viewers of the site it gives the problem:

"You are not authorized to access this page. If you are logged into your user account, you may not have the necessary privileges to reach this page. If you aren't logged in, please do so and try your request again.

If you continue to have problems, please contact a site administrator. "
