Drupal 4.5.x or older

Can anyone tell me if users can upload videos to their blogs using the flv module? I have flv on our site but is there a way that users can 'upload' convert videos so they show on their blogs a la my space, you tube etc? Any help very much appreciated! Alex

OK, here's what I'm looking to do:

Basically, I'm looking to create a news site. Let's say this site consists of five main sections and each section has subsections. The Home page would hold stories from all other sections. Here's a basic site tree:

1) Home

2) Politics

> Voting
> Clinton vs Obama

3) Crime
> Guns
> Drugs

4) Entertainment
> Celebrity News
> Sports

I am thinking of creating internal website of the company to work with its email.

the main feature it is needed to be done is when email is coming every person should recognize it and "store to database". recognize email means to create special labels to each email. for example to add short description about the email or add some other text or digital labels. then email is saved and the person can easily search in all emails he received by these labels.

I just launched this site. It's a gallery of really nice drupal-based websites. Please let me know what you think. I'm open for suggestions/criticism.
