Drupal 4.5.x or older

I've recently begun developing for a site that uses Drupal, but I'm not familiar with it yet. I mostly just want to know if the following is feasible or not.

I have a page that displays content based on php variables given in the url. Something like www.mysite.com/path_to_page?author=a1&book=b2&chapter=c3 .

Is it possible to restrict a user to textual updates and not allow them to update images

In wordpress usually akismet is used to block spam, and people normally let you post comments without having to login. I wanted to know what is the drupal equivalent and how do you let people comment without them having to login anyway?

I´m going crazy looking for a fix to this problem. All my site works well but, when I click on 'post a new comment', all my content move to the top of the website.

I'm trying to rewrite urls within # chars without luck.

I was wondering if there was a way to unplublish a page once it has been deleted? I wish to removed it from the website. usually when I delete the page that takes care of it, but now it shows it has been deleted however the published bersionis still on the site.

I'm not really sure what version of Drupal my site is using. However, I deleted a page but did not unplublish it. Therefore it is still coming up. How do I correct that where it is not showing when others go to view the site?
