Under this area "/admin/user/configure/permission", I have set anonymous users to be able to create and view a specific node type by checking the appropriate checkboxes. I am not using a contrib module.
I just recently owned a used laptop. I was trying to delete a administer account in the beginning. After that i restart it, i can't install anything without administer password but I don't know it. The laptop was a company laptop. So what should I do? I just want to use the laptop as a regular laptop. Please someone help me
If you visit http://www.bun-venit.ro and try to login at first you see a normal reaction. EG: login as admin, and the logs appear. No problem so far. The issue is that if you go to another ADMIN page such as blocks or options or whatever, you'll get the restriction code. Unauthorized user. Could this be happening because of the java script tags that I've added like adsense .... I don't think so.. since I've inserted NORMALLY the jscript through the admin panel the login page acts as described...
I am trying to change settings so that anoymous users can post a certain node type.
I had previously done this successfully about a year ago and there are database several records in the node table posted by anonymous (user ID '0').
Now when I try this again, drupal will not display any past or new nodes that were created by an anonymous user. When I go into the database, the node exists and appears to be set up right.
My team has designed and deployed three sites on campus that use Drupal - all have been very successful and well used. We pointed out to the web services folks last week the upgrade to Drupal and the security issue it resolved. Their response was to call me in to suggest that I move away from Drupal as it is "too difficult to make multiple instances / sites" - they want something easier to achieve this as we wish to grow the number of Drupal sites running on our server(s).
I was wondering how I would remove the "Create new account" and potentially also the "Request new password" links from the main members area login page when a user is not logged in...
