Converting to Drupal

We are moving our website to Drupal, but it isn’t easy!

As I work my way through the whole process, I would like some help. It would be great if I could have small number of Drupal users – who understand Drupal’s inner working well – to whom I can call on with specific questions. I don’t want to communicate with many users, as this would become tedious and slow.

In return, I would like to offer to the Drupal community detailed information, by way of example, of what I have done from start to finish. I will provide my php programs, well documented, in the hope that they can be modified as needed by others encountering similar challenges. This should probably become part of the Migrating to Drupal documentation. I would like, when I am finished, to also add to the documentation of the Drupal database tables and fields. I hope that the volunteers who come forward will also be willing to critique my contribution.

I have a wordpress site http://www.endedtvseries.com. It's all about your favorite ended tv shows like friends,knight rider,ALF,Private Practice, and a ton more. The site is already established. How can I transfer from wordpress to drupal. I'm sure it's here somewhere. any advice? Thanks

Folks, I have a static site which has a couple of pages which are basically directory listings of files e.g.

http://www.smrcc.org.uk/morse/morse.htm

Which has "wav" files of morse code at various speeds and a "txt" file that contains the decoding of the Morse. The files are currently uploaded by FTP and a batch file then uses directory listings to generate the static HTML pages.

Actually i have moved my code into Amazon ec2 windows server. After moving the code i tried to configure the .htaccess file but even i have changed its configuration there is no changes in the web site.

My doubt is .htaccess file is not working in amazon ec2 iis windows server. Can anyone please help me in this. How to make .htaccess work in IIS server.

I have three products each having different flavors . Now I want to show a flavors for each of them when they select a option set of pick your own and i have another option called pre-selected what I am doing is :
