I've been looking for an easy way to convert my forums, news, and members to drupal. My original install was nuke-evolution and that converted flawlessly to joomla but I cannot get any migration scripts to work that convert php-nuke or joomla to drupal.
I tried both nuke2drupal_migrate and migration 0.1 and they didnt work at all.
What do you guys suggest I do to get this to work? the only things I care about from the original site are forums, members, and news.
Hi, I've already asked abouth this at phpbb.com, but nobody was interrested...
I want my users to be able to comment/discuss my articles on drupal on my phpbb forum. Is there a way to use phpbb instead of drupals-commeting system? What it should do (if a user clicks on "add comment") is to automatically create a new topic in phpbb with the same title as the news...
Whe want to use Drupal E-commerce instead of Joomla Virtuemart due of its simplicity. I have problems making products categorisable. Problem is when I use apparel products with subproducts (a product with extra choices, like sizes), all subproduct combinations are shown as separate products in its category. This is because e-commerce makes new products (nodes) for every possible sub-product combination (say Tshirt x 6 colors x 5 sizes makes 30 products).
Hi guys. I already have a website built in php/mysql. I cannot re-write the whole website to use the capabilities offered by drupal so I decided to use drupal as my website's cms, but use my existing scripts to implement the graphical layout.
So I have created a faq for my website using a drupal book. I would like to know what query should I execute to get the faq elements in a hierarchical structure. Thx in advance
