Converting to Drupal

We exported a site from a multi-site installation, and we want to set it up on a new server, does anyone have any recommendations on how to do that?

I'm looking to move my entire site that currently runs on Nucleus into a drupal based system.

Ideally I would like to be able to move all the data (posts/comments/karma system which I use for voting - so some equivalent voting system here).

If I can move this data I can sort out the design issues myself, so I'm just looking for a way to migrate the content.

I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post the address here, but if it would help I'd be happy to.

i want to know that what the difference between drupal 4.6 and the drupal 5.1.
My reqiurement is to update a drupal a site to the 5.1 version.
what all thing i have to change to do this (manually).

Im in middle of building the basics of a news driven site, and need to import data across.

I cant seem to find anything explaining the layout of the node tables., I know that:

node
node_revisions
term_node

Are the 3 key tables which control content, node is pretty self explanatory, however I dont understand node_revisions and term_node!

Explanations would be great.

I have used Drupal for a week or so and I like very much the flexibility and interoperation of different modules, themes etc.

I am considering moving my site to Drupal.
I want to move in already designed static html pages and my own php applications, dynamic pages into Drupal theme frame.

Unfortunately I miss very much that module - I am sure that it exists, just I am not able to find.
A module that would convert any cgi, php page to a Drupal page.
