I'm using the Drupal 8.4. I need to import a WordPress .xml file. I have the wordpress_migrate 8.x-3.0-alpha2. After pressing the "Finish" button, I get the familiar "Unexpected Error..." message.
Which wordpress migration module actually works (including version)? Thanks.
Have a few questions and was hoping someone can help me.
E-Commerce
We are currently using Wordpress WooCommerce for all of our products (none sold online). It's just listings of all our equipment with specification sheet information, download links, gallery and a request for quote button (https://www.xmfg.com/product/telehandlers/ultra-xtreme-capacity-roller-boom/xr7038/). In Drupal, I'm looking to do the same thing:
Hello. On the d6 site i have a content type with two date field (d6 date module).
All the nodes where at least one of the date fields are not empty, are not beeing migrated.
Not just the field but the whole node.
In the upgrade log, i have error messages like this one: ID sorgente 4148: Format date plugin could not transform "1965-00-00T00:00:00" using the format "Y-m-d\TH:i:s". Error: The created date does not match the input value.
I have a dynamic website that i'm suposed to migrate to drupal 8 as a theme (theming). and as i'm a newbie in drupal 8 i want to ask your help regarding this matter. stuff that i'm seeking are:
* What i should know before starting?
* what is the process of this task?
* and any other usefull information
Thanks in advance, i'll apreciate you responses a lot.
I am new to drupal and trying to get the program installed. I am following a book "Dupral 7 Explained". In the book they use cPanel, but my web hosting services does not have a web hosting control panel.
Therefore, I downloaded drupal to my local computer, unzipped the files, installed FileZilla, and moved the files over to the website. Then, I copied the config file from the default file (default.settings.php) and saved it as settings.php.
