I'm working with Drupal and Ubercart for a couple of months now. I'm not a developer but a graphic designer (with a decent understanding of php, html, css) who loves good typography and minimalistic design. Somehow creating a semantic theme which will validate according to the W3C validator seems to be impossible for me. I can't find a single (not even paid theme) which are designed/coded in such a way.
I hope this post is in the correct forum... I'm new at Drupal and normally a Joomla user. I want to convert my site (in html) to a Drupal site. Currently (in the html site) I use swap images / rollover images to display my portfolio. With Joomla the editor image button provides a swap image / rollover image function. But I cannot find this function in Drupal.
Who can help me with this ? Do I have to use another editor or javascript, jquery ?
that is currently running WordPress and I'd like to migrate to drupal. But the problem is that I want to have the same theme that I have now. There aren't so many cool themes for drupal, I mean there are but not so much like WordPress. So I need help to convert my WordPress theme do drupal 6.x or may be even 7.x. Can some one help me in here with that ?
Looking for help to further my wife's dream. Her plan: to change the face of her country, and Africa as a whole, by educating and empowering its girls. She is from West Africa and finishing a PhD in Education at Syracuse University. We started Starfish International (now a 501c3!!!) with our life savings and have begun working with some of the most inspiring girls you could ever imagine. I created a "website" with MicroSoft Business website to showcase the work! I'd love to get help with Drupal from someone who is interested in making a huge impact in the lives of so many.
