Methods for blog promotion and supression using NodeVote

Hi. I run a relatively large community site using drupal 4.7. We allow our users to create blog entries which are available for everyone to see. Unfortunately we have a growing set of trolls who misuse these abilities. My intention is to allow users who are logged in to see these entries and vote on them with our existing nodevote module, and hide them from anonymous visitors if below 5 stars for example.

One requirement which is pretty much unflexible is that NodeVote must be used. The reason for this is that we have been using it for a while, and because a 10 star system is much more appropriate for us than the vote up/down module which we currently use for comment moderation.

So, I have been brainstorming on this all day. I think I have figured out a few different routes I might try, and I would really appreciate some insight from anyone who might be familiar with which of these methods would work best.

Method 1:
Use the Views Module Developer API to modify nodevote to support interaction with views. I have never tried this, and this will be my first real attempt (other than minor view theming) to modify a module's code - or do any real php. I assume this would allow me to create views which check the average vote to determine what will appear in the page view.

A Form Manager?

Hello!

I'd like to build a web site for managing personal data of thousands of students, teachers, sponsors, seminars (events) etc. The catch is that all those details should be managed by one person - administrator.
Is there any way (module) that would let me to organize my forms with relationship between them? CCK?

Document management tools

Hello,

I am looking for a document tracking/ configuration management tool, where if i put a document in the system to be approved I can track where the document is and it sends users emails if needed and i can visualize data if i need to....(graphs or sth ). I also want the multiple users to access the system at the same session allowing multiple version but one central database.

does anyone have a good tool for me? I am looking at sharepoint, TRIM, Doors and Visual Vault...still not sure which one is the best or maybe there is something ultimate.

integration of netOffice Project Management software into Drupal / CiviCRM

I have a client that may be interested in integrating netOffice into Drupal / CiviCRM.

netOffice Dwins is a fairly active fork of phpCollab and netOffice, both of which are fairly moribund in terms of developers. It includes mantis as an advanced option for bug tracking.

Just wondering if there would be interest in some of the following:

Phase I
1. Development of single sign on for both netOffice and Drupal.
2. Integration of netOffice and Drupal through menu links.
NB. Does not include full integration of menus, breadcrumbs, or common page layout, etc.

Phase II
1. File sharing, forums, etc. through organic groups for projects.
2. Integrated permissioning for users.

Possible future work
1. Turning off netOffice topic discussions and turning on Drupal Organic Groups forums, possibly also OG2List (which integrates email lists with website forum discussions, allowing users to interact either through email or browsers).
2. Create a netOfficeNode module to expose netOffice information to Drupal's new Content Construction Kit and Views modules. This would be similar to the CiviNode module that does this for CiviCRM data.
3. Potentially store netOffice task information in CiviCRM Activity History table if there is a need to provide a central repository of project tasks as well as other donor and volunteer activities.
4. Re-implementing some netOffice functionality within Drupal using views

User created content-some public, some private- how do I accomplish?

Here is my scenario:
- the user creates meetings
- some details of the meeting are private: budget, guestlist, etc
- some are public: location, details of meeting

How can I accomplish this?
