Is there a way to restrict what forums can be seen by a given user that is determined by the user's role(s)? I'm basically trying to allow different organizational units to access separate, private forums on the same site, without unauthorized viewing of restricted forums. Thank you.
I need to create a website (community + job). I have used nf_registration_mod-5.x-1.5.tar.gz to create "employer" and "employee" profiles. Employees have two profiles: social and resume. The test is successful so far.
My resume content type includes, for example:
1. Career Objective
e.g. Become a very good executive.
2. Education (4 fields): a) Institute, b) Degree, c) Passing Year and d) Grade.
e.g. 'ABC University', 'Gradute in Comp. Science', '1998', 3.45
'XYZ University', 'Post-Graduate in Comp. Science', '2001', 3.11
Well we've started using Drupal a couple weeks ago. Basicaly from scratch. I think we have done good so far. However certain things are becoming a bit difficult to understand. So I came here because I was told that you all were very helpful when it came to dealing with new users of Drupal.
Hi there;
I want to, when a user registers, allow them to be able to have a custom login screen. I want it to say for example, Hello !username, welcome to the audioficks site. Or something like that. What page would i edit in order to be able to do this?
please let me know as soon as possible for this is all i am neededing to do before i can go live with a new site.
thanks a lot
michael
