I'm trying to find a way to reproduce the function of yahoo or google groups within organic groups. That is allow people to post via email, but the messages are archived in a threaded way and are searchable like in a forum. I know I could use Mailman, but then the client would have to manage a Mailman list on top of managing the groups. Mailman archives aren't searchable either.

I've tried out the friends modules that are available, but none of them seam to work flawlessly throughout the site. My site is www.georgia-cops.com and I want to be able to give people the option to click "add as friend" in the forum, off an FAQ topic, etc.

The idea of the site is to give cops in georgia a central FAQ regarding GA law, almost like a cross between FAQ and Wiki, so therefor I'd like a friend list module that allows people to hook up with others on there so they can keep them for future contact, etc...

Hi i just wanna let the users to set their own privacy on to who they wanna show their album or individual pictures to. Can we have a module or lets get the hands on developing a module for user privacy settings. Regards

Hi im currently running drupal 6.2 on xampp!

I installed profile plus and dint find it all that great. Well i just wanna create a new user profile form.
Cant i place text box where ever i want it to? i created a small form where a user enters its name, location etc. but i want it to be the way orkut has like the little profile picture box where there is upload file button and a upload button and the image area. Cant i create that kinda new user profile form?
PLEASE HELP
