I'm doing an investigation about the best way to run Drupal in Docker Swarm now, and have an interesting observation.

Drupal is ok with php 7.3, and it's a bit faster than 7.2 branches. But in official Drupal repo we still use 7.2

Are there some caveats in updating it?

I was wandering if anybody could offer some advice as to what might be going on. I have a Drupal installation with a custom module working fine on my local environment, but as soon as I upload it to my Hetzner manged server, I get the following error: 

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ':', expecting ';' or '{' in /usr/www/users/platfkkuax/uconomy_demo/vendor/doctrine/annotations/lib/Doctrine/Common/Annotations/AnnotationRegistry.php on line 50

I am developing a project based on DRUPAL 8 which requires lots of page requests from anonymous and authenticated users where the caching for pages are disabled as for project requirements. Moreover, the project is based on plenty of:
> Conditional event driven action executions.
> If, then, else conditions
> Views result variables.
> Loop action executions.
> Custom form validations.
> Explicity variables declaration.
> Scheduled Actions.

The web host must offer:

Hello Friends,

I recently uploaded my Drupal 8 website to a Hetzner web server.

The upload worked and the website loaded fine, I am able to navigate through links and view all the pages from a simple visitors perspective.

The problem arises when I log in to my site as the root user and try view certain pages in the admin toolbar like the Content(siteurl/admin/config) & Configuration(siteurl/admin/config) sections for example. When I click on I am greeted a page saying 

This page isn’t working

I already have a Drupal 7 site up and running but want to change hosts. As I am making that break I thought I would migrate to Drupal 8. I can't afford dedicated or virtual servers so it is a shared server for me. Important features are:

-Ability to self-install Drupal (not relying on softaculous)

-Quick server based in UK

-Able to host multiple sites with one drupal core

-Good support

-Well updated servers with features installed for Drupal 8 and good cooperation from support if I need changes made to server for certain modules etc.
