I am planning to get a dollar hosting plan and use it as a development environment. Do you have any recommendations on which ones are good for Drupal development? Once the development is complete, I want to use another good hosting provider to actually host my site.

May anyone help me on using OpenSSL (making my site talking on https)
on my godaddy-bought site and have per-directory certificate?

So, per-dir. cert. can make different drupal site deployment having different certificates.

Where is Drupal.org hosted? Did Drupal.org have any issues with that hosting provider?

Siteground has unilaterally suspended both of my sites after the queries in the database suddenly ballooned out. all theproblems seem to be with the aggregator module

I looking for hosting which will be good for my drupal portal,which will be work all the time.
I found this one : dwhs.info but somehow is little tooexpensive,but i willing to take if it have good uptime.Anyone have expirience with this hosting?Or maybe someone can reccomend other host?
