Hosting support

I Need these thing to be done,
Need to host the complete drupal site in a wamp server,
I already use lamp i.e site developed under ubuntu on machine 1.
now it should be copied to machine 2 the site alone.
Can anyone give a step by step procedure to host a site in a Wamp(another machine let machine 2.). from local machine.

Last days my website generate an syntax error on line 41 of the index.php.

Does anyone know this error and how to fix it?

I am getting trouble in installing drupal in 3ix

first, I export database
then create database and import sql file to 3ix,
and then upload file to public_html
but it didn't work

in setting.php
I have modified this line: $db_url = 'mysqli://root@localhost/rights_of';

and the drupal is work in my pc
