Dear community,
I'm a quite bloody beginner and still struggling with reaching some of my goals with D7. I've used the search and had a look at masses of Tutorials, but I haven't found what I'm looking for. So, this is my first post.
I made a custom panel which is applied for a custom node type. All works fine as expected. If the panel rule detects this custom node type beeing displayed the custom layout is used.
Now I want to generate a formatted list by applying this panel so that a consecutive list with the fomatted content will be show.

At the meet the team page I want to alter the image to be a circle image. How can I do that?
And if the theme I used is not free, can you please suggect to me a better free responsive drupal 7 theme that has a circular image features? Helpp will be appreciated... Thanks
