Theme development

I am working on a site where I have a Background Slideshow using the module Views Slideshow. The rest of the site overlaps the slideshow. So I can't use the pager anymore, it is only partly visible. I have tried to theme it with the CSS z-index but all my efforts failed.

What I am trying to achieve is that the pager sits on top of the site somewhat like the accomplished here: www.basel.com

I'm looking for an open source solution to setting up a classified ads website for a friend. I have seen the Classified Ads module https://drupal.org/project/ed_classified which looks OK and also the https://drupal.org/project/classified_advertising project. Can anyone recommend a solution that would allow visitors to post their adverts after paying using PayPal or credit card please?

Hi I really need help with this one. I am building a site and all is going well except a small thing that really make my site not functional. When a user is not logged in almost all blocks I use trough (Display suite) ads a in a before and after statement. I do not know why and I have not yet found a solution.

If someone knows how to fix this then please let me know. I do not have a site to shown because its on my local production but here is the code from the start page.

I want to change the submit button's value at comment form of node pages.

And change the text of the "Comment" text area.

How can I do these modifications. on CSS, on comment module o elsewhere?

I have set up two custom blocks in the Footer Region in the Media-Responsive Theme.

The two blocks are called footer-left and footer-right (very original, huh!)

I am trying to change the text color just to make sure I am actually able to control the CSS.

I have viewed the source code using Safari Dev Tools and I believe it is style.css and the .footer-left attribute. Using the code below I was able to change the text to all uppercase, so I am referencing the correct place. I just cannot seem to get the color to change.

I am using the Media Recorder module to record and upload a wav file in a comment file field called field_record_media. I want the field display to use an audio player such jplayer or jwplayer. I have a number of available player in my libraries directory.
