I'm developing a website with a webfont (and also fontawesome icons) which is hosted within the theme folder of my Drupal installation. In Firefox none of the webfonts load. The problem I'm describing only happens when I test the website on a server. I don't have this problem in my local MAMP environment. I should also mention when I'm testing the site online I have to put the whole website in a subdirectory. I can send a testlink if necessary. In the firefox I get the following error in the webconsole:
I am an experienced programmer in php and database development but I am very new to Drupal so please exuse me if I am completely off base in my questions.
I am using Omega 4 Drupal 7 and would like to create two different layouts -one for the home page and one for the inner pages - that I will then use in panels. I was wondering if there are any best practices you can suggest for custom layouts?
I'm trying to implement Full Width Screen Video Background in bootstrap theme. And for some reason is not working. I create a node to add the HTML and using the Code Per Node module I add the CSS and the JavaScript. And the video wont display.
I have been suffering some CSS code that works in one .css file and not another.
Here are the facts:
1) I am using a Zen sub-theme,
2) and Skeleton Grid system,
3) this is a Responsive site.
4) all css files are imported into the style.css file
I feel like I am missing one simple thing and this other css file will work. Why won't it work in either file.
Here is a snippet (.footertotalsection) of the skeleton.css where the code in question works perfectly:
I have a sandbox site set up, and the navigation elements in an unordered list. When I click any one of the links in Chrome and Safari, the browser puts a border around the entire UL.
When placing blocks in the region, not from the top down and from left to right are faced with a problem (or bug the developers).
Namely, problems arise when you attempt to browse the context reference (see screenshot )
As I understand it, the contextual links CSS style references somehow tied to the width of the region, not the width of the block. And if stir blocks from left to right, the user will not be able to work with these links.
