Theme development

Hi all...

I am new to Drupal and this may be a naive question but so be it. I am wondering, if I were to install the Panopoly distro and them insert the Marinelli theme on top of it, would Marinelli then inherit the drag and drop component editing capabilities Panopoly provides? Or would I need to select a theme which states that it supports Panopoly?

having problems with the subtheme using drush on windows to create subtheme with wizard and now i got this when i get to the drupal site

Just wondering if you can style the /user/login page with html and css instead of php?

Hello everyone!

I'm developing a theme for my boss, first time using Drupal. What I need to do, in a "news" page, is to show the categories of that news. I set a couple of vocabularies in taxonomy (one for "location" and one for "topic")... I don't know what to do!

I tried to read the array of the content... but I cannot find all the occurencies of "tid". Is there a way of doing this? I couldn't find a proper answer elsewhere... I am working inside a node--mymachinename.tpl.php file.

I have a problem.

On my website I have 2 categories
All categories are sorted with Drupal 7 Views and displayed

I want the all items teaser are visible to all. But Text (Default content) is visible only for registered users.

Where should I look for ?
How can I do that?

I've got a data modelling problem with foreign languages. We collect bananalabels and want to retype the printed text for documentation (print in online catalog) and search purposes. This text can be in any language.
