and the main menu items will follow the site URL,
say:

www.mysite.com/%username/blog

How to theme view exposed form otherwise for display in content region and for example as block in another region?

I use views_exposed_form to add classes to input field div wrapper, but I have to be different for forms displayed in the block and the main content.
