I would launch another course for the drupal newbies, this is the third course of this serials.

Registration for the Drupal Developer Days Brussels is open since a few days. This free-as-in-beer event takes place from Friday February 4 until Sunday February 6 in parallel with Fosdem, Europe's largest open source developers meeting.

The first European Drupal Developer Days conference will take place on Saturday and Sunday February 5th & 6th, 2011, at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel in Brussels, Belgium. This two day event will be preceded by a code sprint on Friday the 4th.

The event will take place in parallel with the 2011 edition of Europe's largest open source gathering, FOSDEM. The Campus Etterbeek of the Vrije Universiteit Brussel is located at a 15 minute walk or a 7 minute tram ride from the FOSDEM location, so that attendees can sample the best sessions from both events.

During the Drupal Developer Days you can expect sessions, ad-hoc meetings, code sprints and practical workshops about the latest developments within the Drupal ecosystem.

The Drupal Developer Days in Brussels are targeted at Drupal developers with varying skillsets: from beginners, who cannot distinguish a hook from a hack, to seasoned 100+ patches core contributors. However the sessions will be exclusively focussed around technical topics.

My marketing company organizes events of various sorts in Florence. We are a completely open source software shop (Linux / GIMP / Drupal for all of our clients web sites) and as such we are looking forward to working with the city of Florence in creating the first Open Source Software event in the city.

I have already been given a green light for a space to use here, and we are planning a rather large event to take place in late 2011.

We at Silicon Valley Drupal User Group have planned to discuss the complete Eco system of drupal website with core focus on events, communities, various access levels and multiple payment option integrations.

Highlights of topics: Architecture of Drupal Site with sophisticated management of Events, Communities, profiles, programs and Payment Options.

Also, how to optimally use Views, Taxonomy along with evolved Ubercart module supported with popularly used contributed modules for feature enhancements will be the core of discussion.

Garrick Toubassi who is currently Serving as VP of Engineering for Sugar Inc. has been a Principal archtiect and founder involved in concept creation,product design and development of Drupal based projects.

Garrick will share his knowledge and experience of his achievements usine Drupal, He will also be showcasing a recently launched social game http://apps.facebook.com/retailtherapy/ and will discuss how they are using Drupal to manage virtual goods in their game.

Presenter II

Ariel Chasnoff is the Web Manager and site administrator for www.JewishFed.org will be presenting on behalf of the JCF. Ariel and his team conceptualized and transformed the JCF web presence utilizing the power of Drupal.
