I'd like to make a suggestion, that has some free marketing benefits.
This Forum has served its purpose fairly well, but I believe we can do better and offer more. I think this would also allow us to gather marketing penetration data.
The Drupal Website Showcase should grow up and be a CCK Node, with several Vocabs and Terms. The Forum is ok, but we're a CMS house - why not use our own tools to present our user bases and victories.
I'm going to make a few suggestions, but this should probably go to the round table and be hammered out -- in regards to fields, vocabs and terms. It might even be beneficial to lean it towards a Case Study feeling -- if possible.
Suggested layout.

For the past six years the site has been running OSCommerce and I about six months ago I discovered Drupal while working on a different web project. I decided that Magmaweb.com needed a refresh on both design and on system.
I had grown weary of waiting for OSCommerce to upgrade and found it increasingly difficult to implement the various hacks to add additional features to OSCommerce. In fact when OSCommerce did have security updates to its core, I could not longer even figure out how to upgrade because of all the many hacks I had done to the core files to add these many features.
I also had been experimenting with Joomla and I like it but found it to be somewhat unfriendly for implementing design features and member options. I also did not like their e-commerce modules. I then found out about Drupal this past spring and begin working on a website (http://www.swala.org) for creating a social network among Global Health professionals. I then discovered Ubercart, started playing around with it and really liked it so I made the decision to use it for the redesign of Magmaweb.com.
Hello Everyone,
I look forward to your feedback about a new ecommerce site I have just built using Drupal and Ubercart. HugaMonkey.com seeks to provide all families in the world with an affordable, fashionable and quality baby sling.
PROJECT BACKGROUND
For a many years I’ve been designing and running ecommerce websites. My quest began with OsCommerce, wow what a mess. I then went to CubeCart version 2, which was far superior to OsCommerce. About a year later I upgraded to CubeCart version 3 – that was a lot of work as the entire structure of the site had to change, but at last CubeCart was theme-able and CSS/XHTML.
During the planning phases of my new ecommerce website, www.hugamonkey.com, I wanted some real flexibility and functionality and a shopping experience more in line with my views of how it should be done – all three of which I wasn’t finding with CubeCart v.3/4. So I started “shopping” for a new shopping cart.
Being a fan of Drupal, I thought I would take a look and see what was available in the Drupal ecommerce module. I also checked the WordPress ecommerce module. Both of these left me wanting more flexibility and functionality. I stumbled upon Ubercart rather serendipitously and I’m so glad that I did.
