Post installation

So I've almost got https working properly. The only problem is the menus. The standard way of setting up a menu item is to put in a relative path ie. donate will go to https://www.domain.com/donate and if you click it, it will highlight and expand.

i have installed the movie review module it is working fine other then it wants me add 1000 words or more as Synopsis and i want to change is so that it dont matter it is 100 words or 2000 words i want it to be not restricted

The Topic A ,Topic B and its description, Term a b c d .have been added in categories(taxonomy)..
I have installed "Dashboard","Taxonomy context","Taxonomy dhml" Mouldes, Also I have tiried "Summary" module.But desn't help.

As an upholsterer I am setting up a Drupal Website upholstery. I have a friend who is also an upholsterer, who is also setting up a drupal upholstery website. Is there a way that these two websites can be set up to somehow work together, almost seemingly as one unit. I'm not sure exactly what I'm asking here. What I think I'd like to accomplish is have some of my webpages show up on his website, and some of his on mine. I've heard of mirror sites, and don't know much about them, but is there anything about them that might work in this question. Or is there some better way to do it?
