Post installation

Is there a Workspace variant out there that would show all content posts submitted by all users for the last 3 months?

My host doesn't allow uploading files with a "." in front of their names. However, it allows PHP to make those files.

I would like a way for:

A. Drupal to make a .htaccess.

However, only .plink's make clean URLs. So:

B. Drupal to make the .htaccess into a .plink

Any way to do the .plink?

New user confused about whether to use Gallery or AcidFree (or both) for photo albums...

Also a little confused about what actually the Gallery module works with .. it says that it works with the latest release of Gallery 2 (1.0) whereas the page to which it refers says "Gallery 2.1.1" released. Is Gallery 2 (1.0) another way of saying Gallery 2.1.0?

Hi there.
I've notice some cases where log in using IE is failure. Even cookies cookies setting to "accept all cookies" - log-in is leads back to main-page (unlogged). Log in from same computer using Firefox is alright.
What seems to be the problem ?

I am a newbe running drupal 4.6.5 trying to install moshe weitzman's wiki module (4.6 version). I have uploaded the module to my site and extacted the files. I first tried just putting the wiki.module file in the modules subdirectory but the module did not appear on the administrator/modules page. I tried loggine off and back on but with no effect. I nex tried extracting all of the files into a modules/wiki subdirectory. Again the module did not appear on the administrator/modules page.
