Post installation

I have recently installed DRUPAL4.7at
http://paratlane.net

As this is a community site, I have added various DRUPAL modules.
Currently there are not many visitors, however the site is loading
prettly slow even with a DSL connection.

Can someone check the loadingspeed and suggest what may be
causing the slowness. Can extra modules like Shoutbox add significantly
to the load time ?

Hi there!!
I´m using the "taxonomy/term/n" link to create an archive by taxonomy types.
But that page, I mean this archive, is themed as my front page, and all nodes are listed with titles and teasers.
How can I customize them? (and only them!).
ie. I want the font sizes smaller, and different colors, and no teasers, just a simple title list where each title is the node´s link. And I want to be able to put besides each title the nodes creation´s date.

Is free tagging available, if I replace the Taxonomy Module with the Category Module?

Dear All

I am trying to install Acidfree and I have followed all the steps. The acidfree test also ran smoothly.. but when i try to upload a new photo it says.

# File copy failed: no directory configured, or it could not be accessed.

Can anybody help me out with this?
