Syndacation across Drupal.org

Hi all!
I need to install a module for syndacation of the contents of my site.
I think the module used by Drupal.org is the better.
I see the list of all modules that runs Drupal.org (http://drupal.org/node/27367) but I can't see any module about syndacation, RSS, ecc.
It's strange!

Somebody knows the name of the module?

Thanks

Thumbnail next to Article on Home page

Hello,

Just wondering if any of the drupal community would be able to tell me the best way to setup the list of most recient articles (stories) on the home page of a site to display a thumbnail of the first image used within the story (using TinyMCE).

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Unfortunately I am unable to settle for inline thumbnails as the site is being developed for a business end user with little computer know how.

Linking new content to particular nodes or menu items

I have been using drupal for some time but I am not sure if I have just had a mental block, I am incompetent, or what I am trying to do cannot be done.

I suppose I am trying to replicate the front page many times by permitting users to be selective about where their content can be viewed. As we all know content can be posted to the front page of the site and the most recently posted item can be made to appear at the top. Any subsequent post pushing the previous one down the page.

Primary Links in Main Navigation

When I create primary links, they appear above the main navigation as well as at the top. So the main navigation has 'Primary Links' then a list of the links then 'Navigation' then a list of the links. IT is the same for any theme I use but in another site I created it does not show Primary Links above 'Navigation', just at the top, which is how I want it. Is there something I've switched on here? I've searched through all the admin menus but couldn't see anything and could not find anything on the Drupal site. I haven't changed the phptemplate engine or the code of any modules.
