Post installation

One of the new features mentioned in the 4.7 release notes is:

* Block by IPs/Hostname

I'm sure I'm just missing something, but I can't see where to activate or configure this feature. Sorry if this is stated somewhere in the documentation, but I've searched and can't find it. Could someone point me to where this is discussed or let me know how you go about i?

Hi All,
I'd like to put in a sort of teaser block the TITLE (with link to whole page) and the TEASER (I use excerpt also) but not the taxonomy and all links below the content body.
It seems not much difficult but I'm going around from a while with out a solution good for me.
Have some one a good snippet for such common need?

As I´ve asked some days ago that I cannot use the normal upload module with flexinodes.
Sadly, nobody answered yet to this issue.

From the authors site it seemed like the answer to all my teaser problems, but apparently it doesn't work out of the box.
I installed and tried it on 3 sites already, on different servers, but I can't get it to affect my teasers, it just doesn't change the teaser creation process for me.

Is there an easy way to display a listing of all nodes of a particular type?
Similar to how the blog works, where when you click on the blog menu item, only blog nodes show up.
I want this type of functionality for page, story, forum, filestore2, etc. Is there a way to do this without using taxonomy?
I think I can do it for filestore2, by just adding filestore2 to the end of the URL. But how do I do it for pages/stories?
