Drupal is up and running but how do I ...?

Group Elections - What Module?

There are several voting modules out there (although I think some are poorly labeled as that - "rating" is not the same as "voting"). I know the core Poll module is not going to work for me. I need to set up a page or pages to run our group/club election of officers (and maybe issues at some point). I need these options:

Magical re-appearing block

I created a custom login block, but ended up not liking it too much and so deleted it.

However now whenever I log out there it is again, glaring at me: the magical resurrected block.

I know the block ID number, but I can't do anything with it because it was already deleted....

So my question is: how do I kill it off for good? I certainly don't want two login blocks.

Many thanks for any suggestions.

Can't get line breaks

No matter what kind of content I post, I can't get text to appear with line breaks. I've tried the

tags, I've tried hitting 'return' up to two dozen times and all Drupal will give me one space on the same line between sentences.

Changing node types

I don't see any options for changing the content type of a page (to story, or a custom type I created in CCK)

Do I have to delete them and recreate them all as the correct type?

Any help is appreciated :)
Thanks!
Andrew

TinyMCE problems

I am trying to get TinyMCE to work with 5.1. I had it working in 4.7, but the 5.x version of the module looks much different. I don't see anywhere to set what buttons to show up, or if there are profiles for users. I finally figured out that the actual TinyMCE script files go in a different location (under the sites folder instead of the the tinymce module folder), but it still doesn't show up for me. Can anyone help?

Webform Help

Is there a way using the Webform module to add a form at the bottom of created content?

I am posting content for others to look at and then comment on but the comments are not viewable by other members.

The webform would allow me to ask for specific info - more flexible than the comments form, but how do I place it below the content?

Any suggestions?

Thx
