I was really excited when I saw there was a chek all feature in Drupal 5. However, it seems to only be implemented on a few forms. What about the Modules page and most importantly the Access control page? Is it too difficult on these pages, or can we not be trusted with that much administrative power? Is there any reason why this feature can't be everywhere?
I just installed SMTP module since my service provider doesnt allow sendmail stuff locally. I am trying to use google with the SMTP module and people have had successes with it after Luke patched it to allow workign with Gmail (http://drupal.org/node/110028)

I want to categorize my forums using the taxonomy heirarchy but when I create those categories form the category page, they are not displayed on the "Create new forum topic" page. Is there a way to force the forums to use the categories created on the category page? and for settings, I did check "Forum topic", yet the category terms are not available on a forum post. I don't understand it.
I have just had to re-install Drupal after the death of some hard drives in my server, and chose to install Drupal 5.1, after running 4.6 for about a year and a half.
I now need a suitable image gallery and have installed both the Image module and the head version of AcidFree.
AcidFree has an issue with access permissions to the site admin, and I'd have to install the CVS version to obtain the fix. I'd be willing to do that, but I don't know how to update a module from the CVS.
