Drupal is up and running but how do I ...?

Alphabetic listing of users of certain roles by their last names

Hi,

I'm having awful trouble trying to sort this out, hopefully someone can help me.

I need some code that will list all users of 2 roles ("writer" & "supporter") by lastname. The results page should display the following:

Firstname Lastname Role Account#
Joe Bloggs writer 9 View Profile

Anonymous User - Display

my website is www.bas.org.in .. running on Drupal 5.1
It was all alright (Used to be.. atleast) Until today

Now, No node content seems to be displaying for annonymous userS ( when I'm not logged in ..)
.. IT displays the following quoted content by default

"Welcome to your new Drupal website!

Want each member to have ONE personal profile and story page

I thought I would ask here to get pointed in the right direction. I am very new to Drupal and these two requirements form the heart of my Drupal based site.

I would like each member to have one (and only one):

- profile page. Including photo, bio info (place of birth, workplace, schools attended) plus 2-300 word bio. Comments not allowed.
- personal page. Divided into 4-6 named sections (such as "My Job", "My Family") with comments enabled. (is it also possible to create a template with pre-filled section titles in?)

Taxonomy links ?q=taxonomy/term/... pages list only the word "Array"

Hi,
when I try to view the pages that have URLs for example like:

http://mysite.com/?q=taxonomy/term/7

the following page only shows the word "Array" as many times as there are Articles under this category.

For example I have the category "News" with the link http://mysite.com/?q=taxonomy/term/7 and I have three News so far the page with that adress only shows three times "Array" in the space that is reserved for the News teaser. Any Ideas, please?

Thank you!

Contemplate Enabled but missing

I just went into my 4.7 setup and enabled the contemplate module.

It looks like it adds the following to my admin section:

?q=admin/content/templates

However, when i go to that link.. i see what appears to be a 2 column table with multiple rows.
The left column td's are empty - i think this should be populated with the actual content type but it is not!
The right column td's contain links that say 'create template'.

Do i have to enable this feature on each content type to make it show up???

Registration verification problems (Logintoboggan?)

i've got a problem with email messages sent to users containing the one-time account verification link.
Basically if i use the variable '%login_url' in a message sent to a user when i've set the site up to require admin authorisation of every new account it gives the following (example):
