Post installation

It would be highly appreciated if someone could write or upgrade the current job module.

Related terms (Optional) -- Allows relationships between terms within this vocabulary. Think of these as "see also" references (this item is not used by many Drupal modules).

Is there an explanation of this anywhere that is better then this? I've searched but haven't found anything that explains this better. So it's not used, why?

Is it because nobody understands it?
What does it help to do, or how would it be used?

I'd like to introduce our first Drupal site and first custom theme: http://dev.inkwire.net/d5/

So far, this has been a great experience and I have definitely seen the light that is Drupal and plan on delving deeper into it, perhaps also converting our biz site (www.inkwire.net) to Drupal. However, there is a rather strange problem in Firefox & Safari:

It would be nice to be able to mess around with configurations on my test server (local apache on my laptop) and then export settings, content, roles etc. to a live server online.

In fact, wouldn't it be cool to have a module which provides transfer or synchronization of users, contents, roles and settings between sites with authentication.

How much import/export is supported by extension modules already?

Image Gallery Example
I have had this image gallery problem for awhile. It only posts the filename of the image instead of posting the thumbnail, regular, or full sized images. Does anyone know how to correct this? I

It all started one day when is was in Drupal 4.7, I've upgraded since then but the upgrading didn't help much.
