As administrator I will often create content, (e.g. page), which I later want other members to be able to edit/update.
I have created a role: "Publicist" which I was hoping to grant privileges to edit to all content.
Unfortunately it appears that ONLY administrator can edit that was created by others.
Unfortunately the "Publicist" role I set up can only be granted privileges to edit content that THEY created.
There MUST be a way to do what I'm trying to do?!?!?!?!?
I’ve received a request to create a site for my client which will require information submitted by users and in the future, the user will be able to update all those info themselves.
So the question are
1. Possible to do this in Drupal? :
a. Once registered, members have to fill in various fields to “complete” the registration in the profile section. They will also have to be able to update all the information whenever they fill necessary. Example :
Member Profile
> Update Personal Details
-Name
-Age
-DOB
-etc…
Can anyone tell me how to get back into my site. I selected the off line status for my developement site on my test server and its kicked me out of the admin side to and I dont see a way to log into the backend. I went to http://localhost/mysite/admin and it still shows me the off line message. How do you work on a Drupal site if, when you select the off line status, you cant get to the admin side?
I was looking to create a block that displayed the 5 latest image galleries made. So its not necessarily the actual images themselves, just the title of the image galleries.
I have finally got TinyMce to work in Drupal 5.2 and IE 6.0. I have some trouble with the buttons though. It seems as tinymce doesn't find them. Anyone who knows what I should change to get it right? In the Insert Imagepopup I get the names of the buttons instead of the pictures. See picture
