Upgrading Drupal

I have just completed the upgrade of my 6.4 site to 6.5. The result from the update page reported that only the system module had been updated as follows:

I have five projects on D6.4, I just realised this new release of D6.5 and I was trying to access my sites to upgrade but I get the message

"Site off-line
The site is currently not available due to technical problems. Please try again later. Thank you for your understanding."

I can not log in into my sites. IS MY SITES HAVE BEEN HACKED?

I have upgraded from D 6.4 to D6.5. Everything is working fine, I ran the upgrade and I could login into the site as Admin. The problem is I can not access the Administration section of my site. As soon I click on Administration section I will get dead blank page. Any suggestion what I can do to fix this please?

I just did an upgrade from 6.4 to 6.5, and all went well except that any of the pictures that were uploaded no longer show. I'm not using ImageCache but I am using IMCE with TinyMCE. They were all working fine before the upgrade. If I use Firefox's Firebug to look at it, the code shows the correct address to the image file. I even tried to CHMOD all the file directories to 777 just to see if it was that. I also cleared the caches and tried other themes. I tried typing the URL to the image file itself, and I got a 500 server error. anyone seen this before and have a solution?

I'm trying to upgrade some sites based on Drupal 4.7.2 using Flexinode to use Drupal 6.4 and CCK. However, I can't even login to them! When I go to login to the sites it can take a few attempts for it to work; when it finally does let me in, if I go to /admin I just get a blank page with the number "2".

I have tried upgrading the site using update.php to Drupal 5.1 and 5.2 and 6.4 in various different steps, each time trying to login and I always get the same result.
