Drupal newbie. Been working with a local copy of a site off and on, and know some basic admin tasks. Experienced Windows web developer; total ignoramus re: the LAMP stack.
And after a step-by-step upgrade, I see that everything is accessible to everyone!!!! It's funny I know, but I can't even laugh.
Can't figure out what went wrong. Only possible suspect was Content Acess module which I disabled and even uninstalled BEFORE the upgrade. No, I just can't seem to set it straight.
I'm getting this error message while trying to transfer a Drupal site from 6.9 to a site running 6.10.
I have gone through all the steps such as importing the MySQL database and setting the database permissions.
The message displays when I browse to my site (example.com).
The only hits that come up for this message on Google are in Russian.
