Does this actually work?

Hi, after upgrading my site to drupal 7.8 i see the error
you do not have permission to post on forums
message for all users, even for admin.
What is the solution of this problem. How can not admin
post a forum topic?

When will the new version of the ERP module for Drupal 7 be available?

I'm new to Drupal so I downloaded Acquia Dev Desktop. I click an upgrade "requirement". Now my local site will not open. I'm completely stuck. Error message =
Fatal error: Call to undefined function ctools_include() in /Users/vshoaf/Sites/acquia-drupal/sites/all/modules/views/views.module on line 1388

I'm running the Acquia Dev Stack on a Mac OS X

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Honestly, I'm getting to the point where I want to give up on Drupal.

UPDATE: I resolved my own problem. imagine that lol. i disabled all modules and re-enabled them one at a time. the offender was...drum rolll please...

ORIGINAL POST:
I upgraded a website from the latest d6 (and latest modules) to d7. I followed the directions to a T and I thought all went well, but I have 3 specific pages with attachments that cause the server to issue a white screen of death? error 500. I have other pages with attachments, and i can actually view those pages, but attempting to save those pages results in the same error 500. I am wondering if a module is causing this, a misconfiguration or if its a upgrade gone bad. here's my upgrade output:

I have created a new database and then imported my old database to this new database and uploaded the files to version 7.8 and when I open the site in the webbrowser I get the following error message:
