Upgrade from 4.7.0 to 4.7.1 or 4.7.2 breaks theme display and produces incorrect urls in the navigation module

I tried upgrades from 4.7.0 to 4.7.1 and 4.7.2.
In both cases all my links on the site are broken. My drupal environment is installed in www.mysite.com/network
After the update.php script the word network seems to be replaced by xxxxxx.xxxxxx//cgi-bin/.... where the x's are numbers.
In addition the background is gone. The theme is all messed up.
What could be causing this?
thank you.

HTML/Whitespace in footer block.

Hi there,

A slight upgrade niggle...

This code was fine in the 4.6 site.

<A HREF="?q=aboutus">About Us</A> &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp
<A HREF="?q=funding">Funding</A> &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp
<A HREF="?q=privacy">Privacy Statement</A> &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp

But now the &nbsp string prints instead of the expected whitespace .

Does this block no longer support HTML input?

Can anyone help me upgrade

Funny Characters After Upgrade, with Examples

Hi everyone, Performancing.com recently upgraded to 4.7.2 with only minor difficulties, but some old content appears to be "unconverted" -- or at least something screwey is going. Can someone please suggest where i should be looking given the following example of "funny characters"?

Example: Funny chars after upgrade to 4.7

Notice the title? some of the body? Sheesh, what a mess...

Any pointers much appreciated, thanks!
