I'm not sure if this really is an Upgrade Problem as 4.7.4 has been working for me for quite some time. However, over the last 3 days I have been getting Internal Server Errors almost constantly.
I've tried everything: disabling all but core modules, deleting .htaccess, even deleting from the server any contrib modules, but no improvement. I've checked the logs, but it reports different problems each time.
I upgraded last night to the latest version of Drupal. All seemed fine. After I logged out as User 1 I noticed the problem. The content is now missing. All the blogs appear blank, the polls don't show up and the Welcome to your new Drupal website! page appears as the homepage. I logged in as my test account for registered users and the same thing happens. I log back in as User 1 and all is normal again. I have checked all the obvious settings and have been going over all the settings and searching the forums all day with no results.
I'm not sure that my problem is related to upgrading, since it's first time it happens and I've upgraded a couple of websites to 4.7 until now.
My problem appeared after I've upgraded to 4.7. I've noticed that the "access" menu item has disappeared. Also, when I go to the admin/access page manually, logged as user 1, I get an "Access denied" page.
I tried to change user.module to get access (set to True) but to no avail.
I recently upgraded to the latest version of drupal.
In the forums that I have made, I used to be able to upload thumbnail sized photos for my profile but now, am getting this message:
* The selected file /home/dazzzlin/public_html/drups/pictures/dazzzpix_tmp/tmp_0PsXbU could not be uploaded, because the destination is not properly configured.
* Failed to upload the picture image; the pictures directory doesn't exist.
